Live Text isn't live anymore, this is a record of the match events.

REMINDER: Stay online for our post-match show. Dan Roebuck and Martin Hayes will be taking your calls as well as your e-mails so phone the studio on 020 7607 3200 (from inside the UK) or +44 20 7607 3200 (from outside the UK).
Full Time AND THAT'S IT! ARSENAL GO THROUGH TO THE KNOCKOUT STAGES! ARSENAL 3 PARTIZAN 1
90
WALCOTT GOES THROUGH: He finds Bendtner, it doesn't quite fall for Van Persie and the move breaks down. Could easily have been four.
90
WE'RE INTO STOPPAGE TIME: And there will be three minutes of it
88
ATTENDANCE: 58,845. And I reckon every one of them feels chilly
87
GREAT SAVE FABIANSKI! Petrovic curls in the free-kick but the keeper pushes the ball away to spare us any more nerves. But it's all about Sagna at the moment - and perhaps he shouldn't have made that challenge
86
SAGNA IS DISTRAUGHT: And he will miss the first leg of the next Champions League tie. Meanwhile, Partizan have a free-kick...
85
Red Card SAGNA IS SENT OFF! Lazevski races through and Sagna clips his heels. The ref has no hesitation
84
GOOD FROM NASRI: He has still got some energy and charges down the left, cuts inside and finds Bendtner. Decent first touch but the defender nicks in
83
WHAT A WASTE! Bendtner plays in Walcott and he tries to square it to Van Persie but slips over and the keeper claims. Shakhtar are two up by the way
81
Substitution SUB: Babovic comes off, Davidov comes on
80
REMINDER: Stay online after the final whistle for our post-match show. Dan Roebuck and Martin Hayes will be taking your calls as well as your e-mails so phone the studio on 020 7607 3200 (from inside the UK) or +44 20 7607 3200 (from outside the UK).
80
DENILSON PENALTY SHOUT! Looked a decent shout but nothing doing.
79
SHAKHTAR HAVE SCORED: They lead Braga 1-0 so Arsenal are even safer now. The home fans are singing up now, they have been very anxious until now
78
GOOD MOVE, GOOD FINISH: Bendtner picks out Song, good feet from him to find Nasri, he drags the ball back and slots it past Stojkovic. It has been a long time coming but Arsenal are heading for the Champions League knockout stages.
77
GOAL! - Samir Nasri 3 : 1 GOAL!!! ARSENAL 3 PARTIZAN 1! NASRI SCORES!
77
PARTIZAN NOT GIVING THIS UP: They are pressing hard but Arsenal keep the ball well. And go forward again...
76
Substitution SUB: Bendtner replaces Chamakh. And he enters a rather calmer situation after his fellow sub's intervention
74
WHAT A FINISH FROM WALCOTT! Partizan can only half-clear a right-wing cross and Theo chests down before volleying into the net. Relief all around the Emirates!
73
GOAL! - Theo Walcott 2 : 1 GOAL!!! ARSENAL 2 PARTIZAN 1! THEO WALCOTT!!!
71
HERE COMES VAN PERSIE... great tip-over from Stojkovic! Good effort from Robin. Corner to Arsenal... Song tries a curler and it floats wide
70
Yellow Card YELLOW CARD: Krstajic goes in the book for a cynical foul on Walcott after Theo had turned him
70
TACTICS: Since Walcott came on, Nasri has been stationed on the left.
69
MORE GROANS: Denilson gives it away... but Arsenal get it back. Nasri tries to make something happen, finds Van Persie... but the keeper is out to claim
68
WALCOTT GETS DOWN THE RIGHT: That's a bit more positive. Arsenal get a throw and hopefully some impetus
67
Substitution SUB: Walcott comes on for Arshavin. Come on Theo, make a difference.
66
DAN ROEBUCK: 'As it stands Arsenal are going through'. True but a goal in Ukraine for Braga - or one here for Partizan - would change that. Too close for comfort isn't it?
65
HERE COMES THEO: There's a man who will run in behind. Arshavin to come off maybe?
64
MARTIN HAYES: 'We're hoping for something out of nothing. We need players willing to run in behind'. Have your say at www.arsenal.com/studio
63
CORNER TO ARSENAL: Arshavin takes it but it's cleared at the near post. Arsenal keep possession, in comes the cross, Stojkovic fumbles! But he claims at the second attempt
63
REMINDER: Stay online after the final whistle for our post-match show. Dan Roebuck and Martin Hayes will be taking your calls as well as your e-mails so phone the studio on 020 7607 3200 (from inside the UK) or +44 20 7607 3200 (from outside the UK).
62
GROANS FROM THE CROWD... as Arshavin is caught in possession. The little Russian is trying to make things happen but it isn't coming off
61
SUBS WARMING UP: Bendtner, Walcott and Wilshere all going through their stretches on the touchline.
60
IN COMES THE CROSS... and Chamakh can't quite connect! Good cross from Sagna that
58
ARSHAVIN PENALISED: Here comes the Partizan free-kick... Chamakh half-clears and Ilic slams it over the bar. Arsenal fans clearly nervous and the players seem anxious too
57
ARSENAL HALF-CHANCE: Arshavin to Van Persie, flick to Chamakh but the cross is cleared. Could Arsenal switch Nasri to the centre and get him on the ball more? He's been on the periphery
55
THOSE AWAY FANS CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Their team have yet to win a point in Group H but they are looking good for one here.
54
MARTIN HAYES: 'Arsenal's high line is inviting balls in behind'. He's right and the hosts have to sort themselves out. Partizan are really going for it now.
53
NOW CLEO GOES FOR ANOTHER ONE: He tries to get clear on the right but drags his shot wide.
53
ARSENAL HAVE TO WAKE UP NOW: No one presses the ball, Cleo takes aim and his shot deflects off Squillaci and over Fabianski.
52
GOAL! - Cleo 1 : 1 OH NO! ARSENAL 1 PARTIZAN 1! CLEO EQUALISES!
51
DENILSON'S GOT A NEW HAIRCUT: And it's a severe one. He's played around with braids and what-have-you, now he's shaved it all off. Much simpler that way, of course
50
REMINDER: Stay online after the final whistle for our post-match show. Dan Roebuck and Martin Hayes will be taking your calls as well as your e-mails so phone the studio on 020 7607 3200 (from inside the UK) or +44 20 7607 3200 (from outside the UK).
48
MOVE OF THE MATCH! Lovely stuff from Arsenal. Denilson starts it off and finds Arshavin, the Russian picks him out brilliantly on the left, the cross is excellent, Van Persie can't finish and Nasri wallops a shot over the bar on the half-volley. That's more like it
46
CHAMAKH DENIED: Arsenal DO make a fast start to the half and Denilson plays in Chamakh only for the keeper Stojkovic to race out and clear
Kick Off AND WE'RE UNDERWAY: Arsenal attack the North Bank end and let's hope for a bit more excitement in the second half. The right kind of excitement though, not that 'letting a two-goal lead slip' excitement
45
HERE COME THE PLAYERS: A quick Arsenal goal and that place in the last 16 should be in the bag. It's still goalless in Shakhtar by the way
45
ARSENAL 360: If you're enjoying this, remember there's a new one every Friday at 5.15pm on Arsenal TV Online as part of our new-look Friday Night schedule. If you miss it, you can catch up 'on demand'
45
DON'T MISS OUR HALF-TIME FEATURE: That's coming up on Arsenal TV Online now. I'll be back for the second half after a much-needed cuppa. Brrrrr.
Half Time HALF-TIME: ARSENAL 1 PARTIZAN 0
45
JUST ONE ADDED MINUTE: And no one minds that. It has been a bit of a bore so far.
45
MARTIN HAYES: 'Poor ball, poor choice. They weren't on the same wavelength.' Have your say at www.arsenal.com/studio
45
GREAT CHANCE SPURNED! Koscielny clears down the line, the defender misjudges, Van Persie races clear and overhits his pass to Chamakh. The keeper claims gratefully.
43
FABIANSKI GETS A TOUCH! He controls with one boot and clears with the other. That will keep him warm. Partizan enjoying some decent possession though
42
VAN PERSIE STILL EASING HIS WAY BACK: He's got the goal but in general the Dutchman is still getting his sharpness back. And because he's playing centrally maybe that is linked to Arsenal's lack of tempo?
40
CLEO FREE INSIDE THE BOX: He finds space and Song gets back to block the cut-back. Danger there for Arsenal.
39
BIT OF A LULL: In fact, there have been long lulls either side of the goal. Partizan are neat and tidy but lack any sort of punch. If Arsenal step it up they could score a hatful
38
THE BLANKETS ARE OUT: The subs are draped in colourful Arsenal blankets. I've just added fingerless gloves to my Christmas wish list. They are a must in this harsh English winter
36
PARTIZAN PRESSURE: Cross comes in, Moreira is beaten to the ball by Squillaci. Fabianski waits patiently for something to do
34
WONDERFUL CROSS FROM EBOUE! Manu surges down the left and crosses with the outside of his right boot - Krystajic tonks it over the bar. Corner... but it comes to nothing.
33
MARTIN HAYES: 'That has given Arsenal a lift and taken the pressure away'. He's right, the tempo is up and the fans are louder. Too early to relax of course
32
NASRI GOES ON A RUN... and we know what he's capable of. He gets past one and drives to the edge of the area but goes down... No foul.
30
CLASSIC SPOT-KICK: The Dutchman marks his first start since injury with a goal. And Arsenal are on their way.
29
GOAL! - Robin van Persie 1 : 0 GOAL!!! ARSENAL 1 PARTIZAN 0! VAN PERSIE!
29
SILLY CHALLENGE REALLY: Song got the ball to Van Persie and the defender dived in a bit. Robin steps up...
29
PENALTY! Van Persie is tripped and Arsenal have a spot-kick!
28
PARTIZAN BREAK: Cleo leads the charge but Koscielny ushers him out of play. Arsenal need a spark
27
MARTIN HAYES: 'Gibbs coming off messes up Arsenal's system a little bit'. Have your say at www.arsenal.com/studio
25
ARSENAL, ARSENAL, ARSENAL! The home fans try to lift their team. Eboue has gone to left back, by the way, with Sagna staying on the right
24
Substitution SUB: Gibbs finally comes off, on comes Eboue. Gibbs didn't want to come off but he knows he can't afford to make it worse
23
PARTIZAN GROWING IN CONFIDENCE: The visitors are popping the ball around now, but Fabianski has barely touched it so far
22
AS IT STANDS... Arsenal are going through. Braga are still drawing at Shakhtar. About time we turned up the tempo to be honest.
21
CHAMAKH INSIDE THE BOX! But that's a foul on the centre back, Krystajic
20
GIBBS CAN'T CONTINUE: He has tried to run it off but Eboue has finished his warm-up. Surely it's just a matter of time before the sub is made
19
OOOOH! VAN PERSIE! Sagna finds Nasri inside the box and he clips it towards the six-yard box for Van Persie - he can't quite direct his shot on target
18
GIBBS IS STILL LIMPING: The game is back underway, he doesn't look 100 per cent but we'll wait and see.
17
HANG ON FOLKS: Gibbs HAS got back on his feet on the touchline so that's a good sign. Oh, and on he comes! What a recovery!
16
EBOUE IS WARMING UP: Gibbs is on a stretcher and his night is over. No Clichy on the bench so Eboue is the man. Poor old Gibbsy though - he is the unluckiest man in this squad
15
THIS DOESN'T LOOK GOOD: Gibbs looks like he has gone over on his ankle. He got his studs caught in the turf
14
OH DEAR: Gibbs is down injured. And we have seen this before. On comes Colin Lewin, the physio
13
CHAMAKH WINS THE HEADER: He couldn't get high enough and saw the ball soar well over the bar. Difficult chance
12
LISTENING TO OUR COMMENTARY? If you're not, login now to hear Dan Roebuck and former Gunner Martin Hayes. And while you're at it get your e-mails in to the commentary team at www.arsenal.com/studio
10
ARSENAL NOT QUITE CLICKING: The home side are seeing lots of the ball but, as yet, can't conjure up a clear-cut chance. It's not very lively on the pitch or off it, really
8
PARTIZAN THREATEN: Moreira curves a fine ball into the path of Cleo but Koscielny comes across to make a timely intervention.
6
THAT'S BETTER: A flowing move ends with Arshavin trying to play Nasri in but the keeper boots the ball away
5
GOOD STUFF FROM GIBBS: He's been lively so far and chases down two defenders to win possession just inside the opposition box. The ball is smuggled away but that's promising from Gibbs
4
FREE-KICK ARSENAL: Van Persie is barged off the ball. The home fans wake up and get the singing going.
4
TACTICS: I thought Nasri would play centrally behind Chamakh but Van Persie has that job. That leaves Nasri to the right, Arshavin to the left and Song and Denilson deeper in midfield
3
LITTLE OF NOTE TO REPORT: Arsenal have started slowly, Partizan have started very slowly.
2
THOSE AWAY FANS ARE NOISY: There can't be more than 300 of them but there's quite a racket coming from the Serbian supporters. Muttering is the order of the day among the home fans
Kick Off AND THEY'RE OFF! Arsenal attack the Clock End in this first half. My word, it's chilly
Robin van Persie tosses the coin with his opposite number Mladen Krstajic and we are ready for the off. Come on you mighty reds!
Full house? Not on your nelly. Not only is the away end sparsely populated, there are pockets of empty seats all around the ground.
Ah, it's that old Champions League music. The players are out and the handshakes and formalities are all that stand between us and kick-off
‘The Wonder of You’ plays out around the Emirates and with the floodlights beaming down on a clear mid-winter night that Champions League atmosphere is really starting to build.
The Partizan line-up is announced on the big screen much to the delight of the small pocket of Serbian fans away to my right. They have hardly travelled in their numbers for tonight's game but can you blame them? Five games, no points and just one goal to their name so far in Group H.
The Stadium is slowly filling around me as both sets of players do some final stretches on the impeccable Emirates turf. Andrey Arshavin and Laurent Koscielny share a joke as they jog down the tunnel and the pair are closely followed by the rest of the Arsenal side.
What do you make of tonight's starting XI? Email us via www.arsenal.com/studio, use the 'Facebook Chat' tab to interact with other fans or Tweet us via @ArsenalTVOnline.
Here's that Arsenal team in full then: Fabianski, Sagna, Koscielny, Squillaci, Gibbs, Song, Denilson, Nasri, Van Persie, Chamakh, Arshavin. Subs: Szczesny, Rosicky, Vela, Walcott, Wilshere, Eboue, Bendtner
TEAM NEWS: Van Persie starts (and captains the side), Gibbs replaces Clichy, Denilson replaces Wilshere.
All clear? Good. Frankly though, it would be a surprise if Arsenal don't knock over the Serbian champions. They are flying high at home but have been pointless in Group H - five games, five defeats.
It all depends on Braga's game at Shakhtar. As long as Arsenal match Braga's result tonight, they will qualify by virtue of their better head-to-head record against the Portuguese champions.
Nervous? Complacent? However you feel about tonight's game, it's probably best to be absolutely clear about what Arsenal need. A win over Partizan would guarantee a place in the last 16 for the 11th year in a row but a draw or even a defeat might be OK too.
I'm Chris Harris and, if frostbite doesn't kick in, I'll be tapping away on text commentary duty. Expect the team news right here about an hour before kick-off.
The game itself gets underway at 7.45pm and we'll have Dan Roebuck and former Gunner (and FA Cup giant-killer) Martin Hayes calling the shots. As ever you can get your voice heard via www.arsenal.com/studio.
Our MatchDay Show gets underway at 7.15pm (UK time) with highlights of Saturday's win over Fulham and the key moments from Arsene Wenger's pre-match press conference.
Qualification? Or the unthinkable? Arsenal's Champions League future is on the line tonight - find out if they have one right here on Arsenal TV Online.
