82

81
Can Emmanuel-Thomas make the difference and get Arsenal back into the game? I've seen a lot of him in the reserve side and let me tell you - he has the quality to get Arsenal back on level terms here
81
Substitution CHANGE FOR ARSENAL: Emmanuel-Thomas on for Wilshere
80
HEADER FROM CHAMAKH: Rosicky crosses to the near post and finds the head of Chamakh who heads just wide of the near post after getting there ahead of Alex
79
Yellow Card BOOKING FOR FERREIRA: The first of the game for a foul on Rosicky
77
CHELSEA CAN'T CLEAR: Wilshere, Song, Nasri and Arshavin all enjoy time and space as they look to carve open the Chelsea defence. The ball finds its way to Rosicky who tries to curl an effort towards the back post with his right foot but his shot hits the head of Alex
74
FABIANSKI SAVES AT THE OTHER END: Anelka runs at Clichy before shooting low at Fabianski who saves with his legs
73
ROSICKY SHOOTS: The midfielder has a go from 25 yards but his international team-mate Cech gathers the ball at the second attempt. That was a little too central from Rosicky

SONG SHOOTS: Arsenal work the ball across the Chelsea penalty area with Rosicky to Nasri to Song - who fires over from 20 yards
70
Substitution AND THERES THAT CHANGE: Rosicky on for Diaby
68
CHELSEA ATTACK: It’s in the net but the goal is not given. Anelka played a diagonal ball over the defence and Cole steadied himself before firing low across Fabianski. But the offside flag had long since been up
67
ROCICKY COMING ON: He gets the thumbs up and takes his track suit off - he will be on at any minute
65
ARSENAL WINNING THE MIDFIELD BATTLE: Chelsea can’t keep possession as Wilshere, Diaby and Song are pressing at every opportunity. When Arsenal have the ball, they are keeping the ball well and frustrating the side currently sit top of the Premier League
64
CHAMAKH JUST CAN’T GET THERE: Nasri tries playing in the striker on the edge of the area but Cech rushes off his line and smothers before Chamakh can get there
63
ARSENAL ENJOY POSSESSION: Well inside the Chelsea half and win a free kick in a dangerous crossing position. Nasri takes it and Drogba heads clear. The ball comes to Clichy who takes three touches before shooting high and wide

60
ANELKA MISSES AN OPEN GOAL: Squillaci got caught in possession in his own half and Anelka pounced. He ran one on one with Fabianski and rounded the keeper before hitting into the side netting from a tight angle. Give credit to Fabianski he made himself big and forced the striker wide
58
APPEAL DOWN THE OTHER END: Arsenal broke and Nasri laid the ball back for Chamakh who was brought down by Ramieres and this time it’s the Arsenal fans who appeal.
57
GREAT TACKLE FROM KOSCIELNY: Drogba runs at the defender inside the area who makes a great sliding tackle before he has a chance to shoot. That was brilliantly timed
55
LOOPED OVER: Diaby jinks past Terry on the edge of the area and shoots against Alex, the ball balloons goalwards and just wide of the scampering Cech’s left-hand post. That could have gone anywhere
54
DIABY CAN'T FIND ARSHAVIN: Diaby finds himself with space on the left hand side of the area and tries to play a ball through to Arshavin who is running from midfield but it gets cut out
53
ARSENAL'S TURN TO BREAK: This time with Arshavin who wins a corner. This is really end-to-end stuff here
52
CHELSEA BREAK: And win a corner. A great ball from Ramieres frees Malouda down the left and he runs at Sagna who concedes a corner. Fabianski claims well from cross and Arsenal clear
52
CHAMAKH HEADS WIDE: From the resulting Wilshere corner
51
ARSENAL COUNTER: Wilshere is fouled and Arsenal take the free kick quickly. The ball is crossed for Chamakh and put behind for a corner
50
It comes to nothing...and Arsenal break
49
FREE KICK TO CHELSEA: About 30 yards from goal, and Drogba has the ball.
47
CHAMAKH GOES DOWN IN THE AREA: He gets to the ball before Cech on the byline and goes down but Mike Dean points for a goal kick. That appeal was more in hope than expectation I think but a positive start to the second half from Arsenal nonetheless
46
GOOD RUN FROM CLICHY: He runs past Anelka on the left and gets to the penalty area before crossing into the arms of Cech with Chamakh waiting
46
CHELSEA ATTACKING: But Cole can't control the ball and it goes out for a throw in. The Arsenal fans enjoyed that one!
Kick Off SECOND HALF UNDERWAY: The players are out and Chelsea get the second period underway. COME ON ARSENAL!
Half Time HALF TIME: Chelsea finished the half the stronger of the two sides after their goal but Arsenal have enjoyed most of the first period. Chamakh, Nasri and Koscielny all went close but it’s 1-0 at the break thanks to Drogba’s goal
44
DIABY DOWN: He's receiving treatment here, the stretcher is on after he got caught by Essien. Diaby is on his feet now and is limping off the pitch. He looks OK to continue
42
CHELSEA ENJOYING POSSESSION: The goal has given them a lot of confidence. That was very much against the run of play and Arsenal will feel very hard done by to be behind
39
Ramires plays a ball to Cole on the left who crosses for the striker, he beats Squillaci to the ball to put Chelsea 1-0 up
39
GOAL! - Didier Drogba 1 : 0 GOAL FOR CHELSEA: Drogba has got it..
37
ESSIEN SHOOTS WIDE: From the edge of the area and Fabianski sees the ball wide
34

33
GREAT SAVE FROM FABIANSKI: Malouda plays the ball in behind Clichy who slips which creates a chance for Drogba who goes one of one with Fabianski. The goalkeeper stands up well and the ball hits the keeper and bounces over the bar for a corner. That will do his confidence the world of good. That’s the best chance Chelsea have created so far
31
CLOSE FROM NASRI: Arsenal come close yet again! Wilshere and Diaby keep the ball in midfields before the ball is played wide to Nasri. He cuts inside onto his left foot and shoots agonizingly wide of the post. Cech was beaten there
29
ARSHAVIN AND ESSIEN TANGLE: Deep in the Chelsea half the two come together and Chelsea win a free kick. The Chelsea fans seem to be getting slightly restless here. Arsenal have been much the better team so far
27
SO CLOSE FROM ARSHAVIN: There seemed no danger when Arshavin picked up the ball 25 yards out but oh my.. that was close. Song played the ball across to the Russian who’s shot was flying into the top corner before the outstretched hand of Cech tipped the ball wide for a corner. That was a great save!
25
After the frantic start the game has settled into a nice tempo here. Arsenal have enjoyed their fair share of possession and chances and will be slightly disappointed that the score is only 0-0. Chamakh has lead the line well and Wilshere and Arshavin have found space behind the Chelsea midfield. Squillaci and Koscielny look assured at the back and no sign yet of much danger from Drogba..
23
ARSENAL CHANCE: Was it Chamakh or Squillaci? From a corner the ball seemed to hit Chamakh and then Squillaci before Cech gathered the ball. Chamakh found himself in space there and it looks like he headed against his own player.
22
FABIANSKI QUICK OFF HIS LINE: And he had to be! Anelka was bearing down on goal after being played through by Malouda and Fabianski came out quickly to deny the Frenchman. Smart work
21
CHELSEA FANS FURIOUS: They feel their team should have a corner but referee Mike Dean deems it to be a goal kick much to the frustration of Ancelotti
21

19
ARSENAL CORNER: Neat footwork from Song and Diaby inside the area create half a yard of space for Nasri who’s left-footed shot hits a defender and goes wide from the edge of the area. Cech claims the corner
18
HEADER FROM ESSIEN: From a corner the Ghanaian beats Song to the ball and heads just wide
16
CHAMAKH JUST CAN’T FIND NASRI: The striker holds the ball up well from a long clearance and tries playing the ball over Terry to Nasri - but Cech races off his line and gathers the loose ball. Just a little heavy from Chamakh but Arsenal are creating openings here..
15
VITAL INTERCEPTION FROM SAGNA: Chelsea break and Anelka slips the ball through to Malouda who is beaten to the ball by Sagna who takes no chances and clears for a corner over Fabianksi’s crossbar. Diaby heads away the resulting corner at the near post and Arsenal clear
12
DANGEROUS BALL FROM DROGBA: He crosses to the near post towards Malouda who beats Sagna to the ball but can only stretch and toe the ball wide of Fabianski’s post
11
CHAMAKH JUST CAN’T CONTROL IT: Song plays it to the feet of the striker on the edge of the area - Chamakh just can’t get the ball under control with Terry snapping at his heels and Cech picks up the loose ball
10
HE'S BACK ON HIS FEET: And back in the action
9
SAGNA DOWN: He took a whack from Drogba and is receiving treatment
8
ARSHAVIN SHOOTS: From that goal kick Arshavin won the ball and cut inside of Alex before firing a shot low at Cech who saved well. That’s the third opening Arsenal have created so far, they have really started brightly here
7
FIRST TOUCH FOR FABIANSKI: Who takes a goal kick to my left.
6
CHELSEA POSSESSION: Chelsea enjoy a long period of possession and Terry plays a ball over the top of Squillaci who misjudges the flight of the ball - Malouda tries to lob Fabianski who wasn’t really off his line and it goes just wide
5

4
TIME TO CATCH BREATH? I don’t think so. This game has really started at a high tempo, Chelsea have possession but well inside their own half
3
CHELSEA FREE KICK: But Drogba blazes way over the bar from 20 yards
2
GOOD TACKLE FROM SONG: Drogba broke clear of Sagna and get to the edge of the area before a great sliding tackle from Song blocked his shot. Brilliant from the midfielder
2
KOCSIELNY SHOULD SCORE: From the corner the ball gets flicked on and the defender is all alone at the back post and somehow heads over from under the crossbar
1
SO CLOSE FROM CHAMAKH: Wilshere seeing a lot of the ball early on here, he spreads the play to Sagna who crosses in for Chamakh who beats Terry to the ball and heads just wide of the post
Kick Off Arsenal get the game underway and here we go! The biggest game of Arsenal’s season so far, the talking is over. Let the football begin…
The teams are being lead out by their captains and the atmosphere is really building here...
Kick off is just ten minutes away and the Arsenal fans are making a lot of noise to my left. The ground is slowly filling, the sprinklers are giving the pitch one final water, the sun is shining and I’ve got a felling we’re about to witness a cracker!
By the way I’m Giuseppe Muro and I’ll be bringing you minute by minute commentary of today’s game
So Sebastien Squillaci has been given the captains armband for the first time in his Arsenal career and partners Laurent Koscielny at the heart of the Arsenal defence.
The Arsenal team is in, and here it is... Fabianski; Sagna, Koscielny, Squillaci, Clichy; Song, Diaby, Wilshere; Nasri, Chamakh, Arshavin. Subs: Szczesny, Rosicky, Vela, Djourou, Denilson, Eboue, Emmanuel-Thomas
What are your thoughts ahead of tonight’s match Arsenal fans? How do you think the game will go? Can Laurent Koscielny and Sebastien Squillaci stop Didier Drogba? What do you make of Arsene Wengers starting XI? And tell me fellow Gunners… who will cope better without their influential midfielders Cesc Fabregas and Frank Lampard? Both are missing today due to injury and I for one am looking forward to seeing who steps into their boots and tries to dictate play from midfield.

Our MatchDay Show has kicked off and you can enjoy highlights from the 3-1 win over Partizan, highlights from Arsene Wenger’s press conference and get all the build up to what promises to be an enthralling, engaging and hopefully successful trip to West London.
Enough of last Saturday though, and what a difference a week has made. A fantastic away win in Belgrade in the Champions League midweek, Jack Wilshere continuing to produce form beyond his years, Marouane Chamakh leading the line as if he was born to do so and Lukasz Fabianski giving one of his best performances in an Arsenal shirt - and all of a sudden the prospect of facing Chelsea seems a whole lot more inviting.
Chelsea sit top of the Premier League table and four points clear of the Gunners - though victory at Stamford Bridge today would put Arsene Wenger’s men right back into the scrap at the summit after that unexpected defeat against West Brom last week.
Good afternoon everyone and welcome to Arsenal TV Online for coverage of Arsenal’s away trip to Chelsea. I think is fair to say this is the biggest game of our season so far - a London derby against one of our Premier League title rivals! It doesn't get much bigger than this..
