How do I login to Arsenal Player?

Remember: between June 11th and the start of the 2013/13 season you don't need to login to watch video.

Arsenal members
If you are an Arsenal member simply log in with your membership number and password.
Registered Users
If you are an existing registered user, use your email address and password to log in.

From the start of the season Arsenal Player will be available for free just by signing up to become a digital member. Read more here...

Tip: You can save your Membership No. in the login box by ticking the 'Remember me' button on the login page. You maybe prompted by your web browser to save your password, this will save your password as well.

  • Flash: 9.0.115 or higher (10.1 or later recommended)
Other environments like Linux or Chrome beta channels may indeed work but are not actively tested and thus are not recommended.

Arsenal Player is a video on demand internet service, and therefore requires a sufficient internet connection to run smoothly. You must have Broadband/High Speed (DSL, Cable, T1 etc.) Dial-up connections are insufficient for video playback.
