Arsenal Player is a video on demand internet service, and therefore requires a sufficient internet connection to run smoothly. You must have Broadband/High Speed (DSL, Cable, T1 etc.) Dial-up connections are insufficient for video playback.

If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch you can access all our match video plus our live audio commentary through the Official Arsenal App.
When you see the ‘First Rush’
icon on a video it means that we’ve put up a low quality version of the
video so that we can make sure you get the content first.
We will update the video later on with our standard HD quality video but
when you’re after the first post–match reaction we want you to see it on
Arsenal Player.
If you wish to cancel your Arsenal Membership, you can do this by simply not renewing it at the end of the season.

You can cancel you Arsenal TV Online monthly subscription on Arsenal Player.
